Corporate Information

Panagora, the leading food distribution company in Mauritius, respects and adheres to the principles of good governance. These documents are provided in accordance with the Mauritian legislation applicable to Public Interest Entities.

These governance documents are reviewed as and when necessary, and in any case, at least every five years.


"Fondation Solidarité" manages the CSR funds of the different companies of Eclosia Group. It offers logistical and administrative support to each of them and ensures that they all strive towards a common goal.

In 2014, there was a will to make Panagora's CSR action a long-lasting one.

Being convinced that education is the means to eradicate poverty, we aim at promoting and facilitating the integration of vulnerable children. With the assistance of an NGO, the members of our CSR Committee and our voluntary employees will accompany these youngsters throughout their school years until they are employed.
